Commercial Warehouse Industrial Warehouse - Legacy Building Solutions

Legacy Building Solutions provides numerous fabric building options that offer a cost-effective means of starting or expanding your storage needs. We provide cost-effective cold storage, with the ability to heat. The natural sunlight filtering through the fabric cover creates a warehouse building that doesn’t require any artificial lighting during the day and fewer lights at night than conventional buildings.

Our fabric buildings can be customized to provide the exact clearance you demand at all points in the building, and can accommodate any style and size of door at most any location. Our commitment to a timely delivery, accelerated installation, and providing low maintenance buildings proves to be a highly economical solution for our customers.

Whether you are looking for a permanent or temporary fabric structure, we can design a building that meets your needs. While most of our fabric buildings are permanent, they are relocatable as well.

If you require a narrow fabric building with very tall sidewalls or a very large fabric structure with tall peak clearances, we can design a fabric covered building to fit your exact needs.  Our straight wall design allows for overhead doors, exit doors or even dormers along the sides.  We can easily design your stretch membrane structure to support large overhead doors, including Megadoors, bi-fold doors or sliding doors.

Another unique advantage to our tensioned membrane structures is their ability to carry ancillary systems that require suspension from the fabric structure, including overhead cranes, fire suppression systems, ventilation and lights.  Of course, we can insulate and/or line your fabric building as well.  Our straight wall design also allows the use of traditional material on the sidewalls, like brick, stone, or steel with a fabric membrane on the roof.  This hybrid fabric building offers the best of both worlds.  If you are trying to fit your structure into a tight or odd shaped lot, we can design fabric buildings with multiple widths and heights connected together, including sidewall connections and corridors.  Our fabric buildings are installed much quicker than traditional buildings so that you can occupy your facility sooner.
