The Legacy Building Solutions team designed and constructed this custom 63,010 sq ft tension fabric structure for storing and blending fertilizer in East Dubuque, Illinois. Our team of designers, developers and builders creates unique, custom fabric building solutions for a wide variety of uses.

  • 77’ x 580’ with three lean-tos: 40’ x 340’, 25’ x 130’ and 25’ x 60’
  • Hot dip galvanized rigid steel frame
  • Exclusive 20’ on center paneled roof system
  • Nova-Shield 26-mil polyethylene 15 oz. FR fabric
  • Engineered flat gable end-walls
  • Frames engineered to carry loads of 350 lbs. per running foot
  • Two 16’ x 16’ framed and wrapped doorways on the 40’ lean-to
  • Four 14’ x 14’ framed and wrapped doorways on the 25’ lean-to
  • Two 3’ x 7’ framed and wrapped doorways on the 50’ lean-to
  • Framed and wrapped conveyor openings
  • 30 RV-3000 CFM Roof Vents
  • Six 14’ x 11’ bin lift gates
