The Legacy Building Solutions team designed and constructed this custom 6,860 sq ft tension fabric liquefied natural gas processing building in Tioga, North Dakota. Our team of designers, developers and builders create unique, custom fabric building solutions for a wide variety of uses.

  • Building size: 98’ x 70’
  • Haunch purlins support 30lbs/ft sprinkler system
  • Over 41’ clearance at the peak
  • Worked with customer and equipment manufacturers to provide proper
    clearances in a restrictive site and footprint
  • 1’6” eaves with closed soffits for ventilation control
  • Three 16’ x 16’ steel coil manual chain hoist-operated overhead doors
  • Four service doors
  • Supplied ventilation and lights certified for Class 1/Division 2 Hazardous
    Environments
  • Legacy designed and installed foundation
  • 35 lb ground snow load, 90 mph wind load, fully exposed, standard
    occupancy
