Legacy Building Solutions combines decades of experience with an uncompromising vision for innovation to provide the very best technology the tension fabric building industry has to offer.
Legacy Building Solutions is the first company to combine the benefits of fabric with the proven durability of a solid steel frame. Our unique attachment system creates weather-tight buildings that are non-corrosive, naturally bright and completely customizable.
Expert installation crews are on the road and ready to travel to any location. Once onsite, the finished building is installed in as little as one week. Fabric cladding is applied in about half the time of steel, so you’ll spend less time on construction and recoup construction costs sooner.
Fabric structures are designed as permanent buildings but can also be installed for temporary use. Legacy will provide stamped drawings and other information necessary to help ease the permit process. Each building is custom designed and engineered by our experienced crews, who will account for local environmental codes as well as loads and other requirements unique to your project specs.
Each building is customizable and tailored to meet your project spec or RFP. Fabric buildings over 300 feet wide are available, as well as any length, eave clearance and peak height. Several foundation options are available, as well as accessories to make your building more practical and efficient. Multiple door options, ventilation systems and architectural features are more options unique to Legacy.
Only minimal maintenance is required on your fabric building. The warranty requires a periodic visual inspection; if you notice any problems our experienced crews will provide service or repair as needed. There are no paint, shingles or siding to maintain. In addition, there’s typically enough sunlight inside a fabric building for daylighting as a way to save money on electric lighting.
Your fabric building consultant will help with RFP and RFQ processes as needed. Our team will provide the information needed about fabric structures (CSI code 133100) and tensioned fabric structures (CSI code 133123).
