Over the course of his career, Nathan Stobbe has been instrumental in growing the fabric structure industry. He has overseen sales and construction of over 35,000 fabric structure buildings in 21 countries, and served as co-founder of the Membrane Structures Manufacturers Association.
In Nathan’s role as general manager of Legacy Building Solutions, he has the opportunity to use fabric building engineering solutions for customers across a variety of industrial applications. Said Nathan, “The Legacy design system provides so many opportunities to take fabric buildings into new areas. Industrial projects often have complicated challenges associated with them. Legacy is the only fabric building manufacturer that customizes every building and can cost effectively produce highly customized structures.”
Nathan and his family live in Central Minnesota, where he enjoys snowboarding and football. Nathan also serves as founder and board member of several registered charitable organizations: Asociacion Misma Luna, a Peruvian non-profit that works to empower the women and children of Peru through education and business development opportunities; Mary’s Hope Foundation Inc. in Canada and Mary’s Hope Foundation USA; and The Legacy Ridge Foundation Inc., which work to support educational opportunities for children as well as provide support for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Nathan’s core values include the responsibility to give back to his global community and the importance of volunteering one’s time. He shares these values with his wife and their four children.
