The building features durable white and gray ExxoTec™ Elite PVC cladding and an EpoxxiShield™ Standard frame finish for long-lasting structural protection. With 24 ARV-2000 rooftop exhaust vents, mesh-soffit overhangs, and integrated gutters and icebreakers, the facility maintains ventilation, drainage, and comfort year-round.
