  • Two buildings: a 108 ft x 350 ft building with a 50 ft x 221 ft lean-to and a 108 ft x 280 ft building with a 50 ft x 149 ft lean-to (158,000 total sq ft)
  • 15 psf ground snow load, 105 mph wind load, exposure C, seismic zone D
  • All steel frame members coated with EpoxxiShield™ COR Elite
  • White and gray ExxoTec™ Elite PVC fabric cladding
  • Passive ventilation through 18-in mesh soffits
  • White ARV-2000 roof vents, and eight black mesh endwall vents
  • Each building has two 16-ft x 14-ft coil overhead doors and two standard walk doors
  • Foundation is a combination of 1-ft piers and 2-ft cast-in-place walls for the lean-tos
