The Rundown
This 80 ft x 700 ft (56,000 sq ft) cattle building was designed to house 1,400 head of cattle with durability and ventilation in mind. Featuring a 35-ft peak height and straight sidewalls for easy installation of sidewall doors and curtains, the structure includes open sidewalls with 13.5-ft clearance, one open endwall, and another with two openings. It’s built to withstand 90 mph winds and a 25-lb snow load, with all steel, components, and hardware hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance. Ventilation is optimized through an adjustable ridge vent and side curtains on one side, while white fabric cladding enhances natural light. Installed by Legacy crews.
