Paul Meyer Chemicals was established in the 1980s in Walcott, IA, and provides Midwest farmers with chemicals, fertilizer, and seed. Paul Meyer Chemicals has continued to grow over the years and needed a new bulk fertilizer storage building due to increased consumer demand.

  • Rigid steel frame coated with EpoxxiShield™ COR Elite frame finish
  • White and tan ExxoTec™ Elite PVC fabric cladding
  • 18-in black mesh soffit overhangs, endwall vents, and white ARV-2000 roof vents for passive ventilation
  • Icebreakers installed on roof
  • Two 16 ft x 14 ft overhead coil doors on endwalls and personnel doors on each endwall
  • Precast pier foundation with precast walls
  • Conveyor supported by the building's frame
  • 1,700-ton building capacity
  • 105 mph wind load, 30 psf ground snow load, seismic B, exposure C
