Our Leadership

Ben has over two decades of experience in the fabric building industry. Ben has extensive knowledge of fabric buildings, including sales, manufacturing, installation and repair.

As president/CEO of Legacy, Ben is responsible for leading the day-to-day and long-standing operations and management of the Legacy team. He is known for creating long-term and mutually rewarding, and valuable relationships with customers, employees and vendors.

He is the company's visionary, utilizing innovative methods and tools that have resulted in safer, easier fabric building installation. His most notable contribution to the fabric building industry is when he developed the technology that allowed fabric cladding to be applied to a rigid steel frame.

Ellie oversees the operations through the company, focusing on quality, safety, ISO, marketing, HR and IT. With over ten years at Legacy, she has built relationships and worked with all departments to ensure that processes and procedures are followed consistently and correctly.

Eric Donnay has 15 years of experience as VP of Sales and General Manager along with nearly three decades of industrial, commercial, and residential construction experience. He takes a hands-on approach by encouraging unique solutions to specific customer requirements and his expertise reaches every member of the Legacy team. As General Manager, Eric oversees, day-to-day operations which include managing staff and processes as well as ensuring Legacy's growth through innovation and vision. 

Troy has over ten years of experience in the fabric building industry. Before joining the Legacy team, Troy worked in the construction retail industry.

As Operations Manager, Troy oversees the team responsible for millions of dollars in fabric building sales annually. Troy also manages Legacy's bid and estimating process, ensuring that the information presented to potential clients is accurate and complete.

Dwayne is licensed in 25 states and five Canadian provinces, maintaining an NCEES record and membership in ASCE, APEGA, and APEGBC. Dwayne received his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota. He has experience with RISA 2D, 3D, AutoCAD LT 2014 technology.

Dwayne is vested with the responsibility of providing engineering analysis, technical expertise, detailing and customization of fabric membrane structures, as well as design and drafting of foundations and retro-fits of existing structures that no longer meet today's codes.

Theresa Martin has 20 years in the construction industry. As Director of Drafting, she leads our team of talented drafters while overseeing the building and design process. Theresa works with project engineers, architects, and owners to ensure that Legacy meets the demands of the building design requirements.
