  • 5’ eave height; 75’ 2” interior peak height
  • 5’ overhangs with black mesh soffits
  • 8 white aluminum louvers on the sidewalls
  • 30 RV-2000 vents
  • 20’ x 16’ overhead doors on each end
  • Cast-in-place concrete foundation
  • 10# snow load, 1.15 importance 6psf dead load 5 psf collateral, 20# reducible live load
  • Building use: Commodity storage and transloading
